GYNECOLOGY SPECIALIST
Dr. Miles has been a provider of women’s healthcare for over 30 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Delta State University in 1982, and then attended medical school and residency at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Miles is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
After over 27 years of practicing obstetrics, he is now focused on gynecology and female pelvic medicine. He offers general gynecological care, as well as treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic relaxation. Dr. Miles also performs minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
Dr. Miles and his wife, JoAnne, have lived in Tupelo since 1992. They have four sons, all of whom attended and graduated from schools in Tupelo. Outside of the practice, Dr. Miles enjoys participating in triathlons and has completed over 150 races. He is a member of the West Main Church of Christ, where he frequently teaches Bible classes.
Dr. Miles thoroughly enjoys his work and prays that God will allow him to continue working in women’s healthcare for many more years.

GYNECOLOGY SPECIALIST
Dr. Ray joined Sanders Clinic for Women in 1995. He is a graduate of Oxford High School and the University of Mississippi. Before pursuing premedical studies at Millsaps College, he worked in banking for one year. He then attended medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMC) in Jackson. Dr. Ray completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMC and was Chief Administrative Resident his senior year.
He is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the several other organizations including the Central Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, AAGL (an organization for the advancement of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery), American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery, North American Menopause Society, and Mississippi State Medical Association.
As a member of the North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) since 1995, Dr. Ray has participated in numerous administrative committees. He was Chief of Staff for NMMC is 2007. He currently serves on the NMMC-Tupelo Board of Directors and North Mississippi Health Services Board of Directors.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ray’s interests include traveling, hunting, golfing and reading. He is married to Sallie Kate Anderson of Oxford, MS, and they have two grown children.

Dr. Turner joined the Sanders Clinic for Women in 2004. She is a graduate of Amory High School. She attended Mississippi State University where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Microbiology. Dr. Turner then went on to receive her MD from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical center in Jackson, MS and served as chief administrative resident her senior year.
Since being on staff at North Mississippi Medical Center, Dr. Turner has served as Section Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics Divisions. She also serves on the Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
Dr. Turner is married to Tommy Turner of Fulton, MS. When she is not working, Dr. Turner enjoys tennis, gardening, reading, and travel.
Dr. Turner enjoys caring for patients through all stages of their life and provides a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care.

Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. McGehee completed his undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University. He then earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he also completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. McGehee thoroughly enjoys minimally invasive and robotic surgery, focusing on complex and large fibroid cases and surgical treatment of endometriosis. He also has a sincere interest in his patient’s overall health, specifically focusing on diet and nutrition.
He is the proud father of two children, Ben and Madeline. During his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. McGehee is a native of Laurel, Mississippi. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, she earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. McGehee is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Through an extensive personal history of infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, she has developed a passion for these problems in her medical practice.
Her biggest honor is to be the mother of two precious children. In addition to loving her work, Dr. McGehee enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Neeka Sanders is a proud native of Greenwood, Mississippi. She attended Greenwood High School before graduating from the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science. A graduate of Millsaps College, Dr. Sanders earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She then completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sanders is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
After residency, Dr. Sanders practiced in her home town of Greenwood for almost ten years. She found fulfillment by caring for co-workers, neighbors, and friends with a wonderful group of practitioners. She also enjoyed mentoring and caring for teen patients.
Dr. Sanders then moved to Tupelo to work as an obstetrics hospitalist in the Obstetrics Emergency Department, as well as Labor and Delivery. Her experience as a hospitalist has given her the skills to take care of high-risk pregnancies as well as uncomplicated pregnancies. Dr. Sanders joined Sanders Clinic because she missed the personal relationships that develop in clinic practice.
Dr. Sanders recently became a triathlete, participating in the Tupelo Sprint. In her spare time, she travels to the Dominican Republic and Uganda for mission trips. She enjoys learning new things, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Sanders is married to her high school sweetheart, Labrone. They have two sons, Labrone Jr. and Connor.

A Hickory, MS native, Dr. Billsby holds an associate degree from East Central Community College in Decatur and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/medical sciences from Mississippi College in Clinton. She earned her medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg in 2017. Dr. Billsby completed an OB-GYN residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson in June.
She is married to Chris Billsby, an emergency physician at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, running and water sports.

Dr. Stokes is originally from Huntingdon, Tennessee where she was a graduate of Clarksburg High School. She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where she was a member of Chi Omega and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S in Cell and Molecular Biology. Dr. Stokes then went on to receive her MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tn. She also completed her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tn and served as an administrative chief resident during her final year.
Dr. Stokes is married to Jake Chandler who is originally from Carthage, MS, and works as a CRNA. They are looking forward to making their home in Tupelo, along with their dog, Izzie, and three rescue cats. When not working, she and Jake enjoy traveling together, spending time with their large extended family and friend group, sampling craft cocktails, reading, and participating in community outreach.
Dr. Stokes enjoys caring for patients of all ages and stages, however she does have a special interest in contraceptive management, high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, and inclusivity in medicine. She looks forward to seeing patients and developing a healthcare partnership with them.
Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Tanya Underwood WHNP-BC is a native of Monroe county. She graduated from Nettleton High School in 1993. In 2002, Tanya graduated from the Associate Degree Nursing program at Itawamba Community College. She then began her nursing career at North Mississippi Medical Center Women’s Hospital and is currently working her twentieth year there in the Mother/Baby, Gynecology, Labor & Delivery High Risk units. In 2007, she received her Bachelor in Nursing degree from the University of North Alabama. After finishing her Bachelor’s degree, she enjoyed working as a travel nurse in the Mother/Baby units at Jackson, TN and Memphis, TN, while also working full-time at Women’s. Since the birth of her first child, Tanya has had a passion for women’s health, especially with first time mothers.
Tanya graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, with a specialty in Women’s Healthcare, in 2021. She is board certified through the National Certification Corporation.
She joined Sanders Clinic for Women in February 2022, to see routine and acute gynecologic patients, for birth control discussion, evaluation of abnormal or irregular bleeding, and acute obstetric problems.
Tanya is the proud mother of her son, Drew, who is a United States Air Force body bearer in Washington, DC, and her daughter, Allison, who is a recent graduate from Amory Christian Academy.
When she isn’t working, Tanya enjoys traveling, planning/participating in races, watching movies, and spending time with her kids and two rescue cats, Bonnie and Clyde.
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Dietriche “Dee” Jones is a native of Greenwood, Mississippi. A graduate of Greenwood High School, Dee was actively involved in civic and academic endeavors while growing up. Dee is a proud 1997 Alcorn State University Alumnus with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Dee worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 11 years before returning to further her education. It was Dee’s desire to become a health care provider to underserved, rural residents of the local community.
Dee received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Delta State University in 2005 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2007 from Mississippi University for Women. Dee worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood Mississippi caring for patients across the lifespan, and continued in that capacity for 14 years. As an advocate for inclusive and diverse healthcare, Dee has provided comprehensive preventative and primary care services to women.
In 2022, Dee decided to relocate to Tupelo, to return to women’s health full time, as a provider at Sanders Clinic for Women. With 25 years of experience in nursing, Dee is ready to provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecologic care to the patients of this community.
Dee is married to Dwayne, has two children, Kortney and Dwayne, and one grandchild Keelan Avery.
In her spare time Dee loves to read, shop, listen to music and spend time with family and friends. Dee loves to attend Alcorn’s football games to tailgate and connect with her beloved Sorority Sisters and friends. Dee is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Malinda Ingram is a native of Tupelo, graduating from Tupelo High School. She received her associates degree in nursing from Itawamba Community College. While pursuing her degree she worked for a rural health clinic in Evergreen, Mississippi where she was mentored by one of the first nurse practitioners in the area who urged Malinda to become a nurse practitioner. She continued to work at the clinic while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of North Alabama and Master’s degree in nursing at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.
While at DSU Malinda was a member of Delta State and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing honor society, she was voted Class leader of her graduating class and was awarded Outstanding Academic Achievement and Born Leader awards. Upon graduation, she returned to work for a short period of time as nurse practitioner at the same rural health clinic where she began her nursing career.
Malinda then accepted a position as a nurse practitioner with Heritage OB/GYN in Tupelo and remained there for 12 years seeing both obstetric and gynecologic patients forming many long-lasting relationships with her patients. As her patient population was maturing, Malinda desired to offer more than gynecological care and transitioned to Elite Medial Clinic and was able to expand her ability to care for her patients offering primary care also. Women’s health care continued to be a part of her daily patient population and eventually her passion for women’s health led her to Sanders Clinic in October 2023, where she sees gynecologic patients.
Malinda is a member of Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners and has served at past president of North Mississippi Nurse Practitioner special interest group.
Malinda volunteers at Tree of Life clinic where she also serves as secretary board member. She is married to Kenneth Stegall and together they enjoy cooking, entertaining and all things outdoors.
